He is very excited to be working at Blooming Grove Elementary as your new assistant principal. This will be his 10th year in education. He has spent his previous 9 years at Corsicana ISD where he taught classes ranging from leadership, credit recovery, biology, special education and multiple athletic courses. He served as a special education department chair for many years and also as an additional administrator in the Turning Points program at Corsicana High School. He received a B.S. in Biology from Texas State University-San Marcos along with a double minor in Chemistry and Business Administration. He did all of that while playing football for the Texas State Bobcat Football team as the placekicker. He graduated with my master's degree at Texas A&M-Commerce. 

Mr. Jones has 2 beautiful daughters, Brooke (5 year old), Addie (7 years old), and a son, Harrison (almost 3 years old). And is married to his beautiful Brandy Palos Jones. She is a 7th grade Science Teacher at Corsicana Middle School. They currently live in Corsicana and love helping the people of Navarro County. Their family has been in education for many years and many of which have worked at Blooming Grove ISD, Corsicana ISD and James L. Collins Catholic School. Mr. Jones is very excited to be a part of the Blooming Grove Family and looks forward to a great year.
