The Blooming Grove Elementary School announced a change to its policy for serving meals to children served under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2018-2019 school year.
Schools qualifying to operate the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) provide breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals. This new approach reduces burdens for both families and school administrators and helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals.

It's time to sign up if you have a child that is in 3rd through 6th grade and would love to play volleyball. Complete the form and turn it in to the elementary or junior high office along with your payment by Tuesday, September 4th.

Blooming Grove ISD is required to assure that all students are in compliance with the immunization standards set by the State of Texas. The current immunization record on your child indicates that he/she will need the immunization/s is as follows:

Join us at our elementary campus on Thursday, August 23rd, beginning at 5:30 PM until 7 PM for 'Meet the Teacher'.
You are welcome to bring your school supplies and leave them in the classroom. Class lists will be posted at the school.
And while you're there, help out our PTO by purchasing a Kona Ice snowcone!

BGISD is now taking student transfer applications for the 2018-2019 school year. If you are a current transfer student, please complete the new application and turn it in to your child's campus office before the end of this school year.
New transfer student applications will be taken into the summer.

Please take a 2 minutes to provide valuable information for BGISD! The Blooming Grove ISD 2017–18 Parent, Family, and Community Survey is now available and is accepting responses online. Families and community members are encouraged to participate so they can share input on district and campus performance. The survey includes questions about how well school staff and leadership communicate with parents, facilities, as well as key strategies and objectives. The results will help district leadership learn how to best to improve services for our students.

Our new online registration is now open for the 2018-2019 school year to parents of returning Blooming Grove students*. If you do not have an account in the Parent Portal you will need one. We have created a step by step chart to help you get started and a link to the Parent Portal.

The first day for PreK/Kindergarten enrollment is Monday, April 23, 2018, 9AM-2:30 PM and will continue until May 30th.
In order to complete the enrollment process, parents will need the bring the following:
• Your child’s state issued birth certificate
• Your child’s social security card
• Your child’s current shot records
• Your proof of address (utility bill)
• Your drivers license
